What's a WagFest?
WagFest is a fun way to help raise money for special PAWS programs, especially the Hartstone Spay/Neuter Fund and PAWS' pet retention programs (Pet Food Bank and Veterinary Financial Assistance for low-income pet owners).

WagFest is also a celebration of all things dog and great fun for families and their pets!

In addition to a 1.5-mile fundraising walk, this benefit event will feature all sorts of doggie demonstrations, activities, vendors, and contests -- watch this space for schedules and descriptions as the event draws nearer.

What Will I Do There?
  • Participate in Q&A sessions with dog trainers and others
  • Enter contests with your dog
  • Join the 1.5-mile dog walk with one or more dogs
  • Enjoy or participate in educational demonstrations including the Olympic Disc Dogs
  • Win trophies and prizes while supporting a great cause
  • Peruse more than 25 vendor booths and take home some goodies
How Can I Participate?
--Pitch in and put together a fundraising team to benefit PAWS' programs. You don't have to have a dog to participate, but teams do need to pre-register to be eligible for prizes and trophies and the coveted WagFest Cup. Click below for registration, a team captain form, and more information.

--Companies, organizations, or individuals can become WagFest Sponsors and get great publicity, visibility, and help a great cause -- all at the same time. Click below for information on sponsorship levels and deadlines.

--WagFest will draw hundreds and hundreds of pet-oriented families to Battle Point Park for a day filled with activities. Your company or organization can run a Vendor Booth to get in on the action. Click below for vendor information.


Driving Directions and Parking
Directions - From Highway 305, turn west onto Koura Road, then south (left) on Miller Road. Turn west (right) onto Tolo Road and then turn north (right) on Battle Point Drive. The park will be on your right.

Parking - Please enter Battle Point Park from the west along Battle Point Road. Follow the road to the eastern side of the park, near the community garden. Parking attendants will indicate where to park.
