Leonidas

Hi, My name Leonidas however I prefer to be called just "Leo". I am in need of a good home with a fenced yard and a family to keep me busy because, boy oh boy, I love to get out and stretch my legs! I love all sorts of pets including the pesky ones of the feline species (I have one of them as my partner in crime at home).

I am 1.5 years old, neutered and microchipped. I do have manners even though I choose not to use them on occasion. I am totally housebroken and can be inside for about 10 hours without any accidents, as long as you only feed me in the evening when you get home. I'm a lean 68 pounds since mom doesn't let me get any munchies.

I do know "sit", "wait", "speak", "lay down" and a few other easy tasks, and if you point to where you want me to lay down or be at I do well with hand signals most days.

I like plastic toys and my blue teddy bear that I've disassembled. Kids are my favorite though -- they provide me with endless hours of entertainment. I snore and "talk" in my sleep so if you're a light sleeper don't leave me your bedroom. I'm at home all day "holding down the fort" while mom works but I'm very lonely. I promise to be a good boy if you take me home with you. My mom, Amanda, works at the Winslow Animal Clinic and can be reached there: 206-842-6621 or on her cell 360-620-4467.

Norman and Lexi, the Welsh terriers.

Norman and Lexi’s owner, a wonderful gentleman by the name of Will Simpson, just recently passed away, leaving Norman and Lexi in need of a home--preferably one home where they can continue to live and play together.

They really need a new home where they will continue to be loved and where they can begin to get over missing Will. If you are that someone--or you can think of someone who might be--please contact Rhonda Kay Marks-Coats as soon as possible.

Moco, the German Shepherd/Chow Mix

Moco is a 1 yr old male german shepherd/chow mix. He is neutered and has had some of his shots. He likes to run, play and is exceptionally good with children. He LOVES to take rides in the car and walks down the street. He's good with other dogs, loves to be around people. He gets anxious if he is left all alone all day, so he would be best in a home where he is around people at least part of the day. He has been house broken but needs the room to run around and play in. He is also a great watch dog. Moco listens well and is very trainable. His owners are dissapointed to part from this beautiful, caring young dog but unfortunatly they are unable to keep him due to the lack of space and another dog.

Chuck and Mabelle, the Boxers

Take home a pair of friendly Boxers! Pictured here are Mabelle, a three year old female boxer, and her son Chuck, who is nearly two. Both are spayed and neutered, housebroken, get along well with other dogs, and are very friendly. They do need an outlet for their energy and a family.

The family they're currently with has four older rescue dogs and can no longer provide the home these great boxers deserve.

Boomer, the Black Lab Mix

Boomer is a male black lab mix who has been neutered and has all his shots. His owner would like to find him a home with a yard and room to run. He is housebroken but needs a little extra love and care. Boomer receives daily antihistamines and eye ointment for rolled eyelids which he takes like a champ! While he is very patient, loyal and never aggressive towards people, Boomer's energetic play style is best suited for a family without toddlers.
