In the coupons sections of your local papers this weekend there will be a $3 off any Iams dry dog or cat food. Target has 24 ounce bags regular price at only $3 per bag. This makes them free with coupon. If Target runs short Walmart will price match your Target register receipt. If you are not planning on using your coupons please donate them to our pet food bank. And ask your neighbors for theirs. Here’s some ideas on ways to include your furry workout partner in on your goal. A brisk daily walk can do wonders for your immune system, cardiovascular health and weight management, but it can be hard to find the motivation to get moving each morning. Use your dog’s unflagging energy and need to get outdoors as motivation to move quickly from your house to the park. A recent Michigan State University study found that people who owned and walked dogs were 34 percent more likely to get the amount of daily exercise they need, according to a university release. |

PAWS of Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap advocates, educates, and provides direct services to nurture the bond of companionship between pets and their people, for the health and well-being of both.
PAWS of Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap is a volunteer-based nonprofit animal welfare organization that promotes responsible pet ownership and the reduction of pet overpopulation. PAWS features low-cost spay/neuter and veterinary financial assistance, a lost and found pet registry, pet adoption, Senior Veterinary Assistance, a pet food bank, Animal Assisted Activities and Feral Cat Assistance.
